Our Mission
Our mission here at Spanish for Black Girls™ is to teach 1000 go-getting Black women Spanish. Why? Speaking Spanish will create more opportunities, expand their network, and open doors for black women around the world through bilingualism. We’re tired of seeing us do the work and miss the promotion.
We are equipping Black women to WIN.
Our Vision
Our long term vision is to help 1 million black women and teen girls to become bilingual. Our focus currently is on black women. We will be the go to resource for professional black women and their daughters to become bilingual through our course, one on one program, events, and other products.
A note about diversity
Diversity is very important to us. Our founder Kaywanda Lamb is a fierce supporter of diversity initiatives. She trains on diversity, respect and inclusion in Spanish for companies with Spanish-speaking employees when she consults. She felt the need to focus on and uplift Black women but that does not mean she is not inclusive and welcoming of diversity.
